  • Individual therapy sessions (60 min.) - $250

  • Group therapy sessions (90 min.) - $100

Accepted Insurance:

I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare/Optum, though this will change in 2026.

**As of April 30, 2026 I will no longer accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, but you may be able use your out-of-network (OON) benefits to obtain partial reimbursement for therapy services.

Using Out of Network Benefits:

If I am not in network with your insurance, you can use a service like Thrizer to help you get partial reimbursement for out-of-network therapy. Check your benefits here.
