Self-Pay Fees (subject to change in Spring 2026):

• Intake session/evaluation (60 min.) $200

• Individual session (55 min.) $175

• Individual session (45 min.) $165

• Group session (75 min.) $50

Accepted Insurance:

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, Aetna and United Healthcare/Optum, though this will be subject to change. In 2026 I will gradually phase out accepting insurance, but I will notify you well in advance before this happens.

**As of May 20, 2026 I will no longer accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, but you may be able use your out of network (OON) benefits to obtain partial reimbursement for services.
